Q: What’s the story behind Emma Lomax, London?
A: Emma Lomax started embroidering at the age of 8, and launched Emma Lomax, London after friends and family kept trying to buy her deigns. She had some amazing help early on from Harvey Nichols who helped her quickly develop the product. Now we sell her embroidered makeup, cosmetic and beauty emergency bags across the globe. You can buy the full range on the website here, or purchase in-store from some of our fantastic stockists.
Q: Can I personalise a Emma Lomax, London bag?
A: Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer individual personalised bags. We are more than happy to discuss any corporate requirements.
Q: Do you ever do collaborations with bloggers or other brands?
A: Yes! We love doing collaborations. Drop us a line with what you’re thinking and we’ll get in touch.
Q: I’m organising a wedding, hen party, birthday party, engagement party or an event – can I buy items in bulk?
A: Yes! Depending on exactly what you are after we are usually able to accommodate most requests. We’ve worked with big brands like Clinique, L’Oreal, Ren Skincare, PR agents organizing events, sampling and events and people organizing weddings and parties.
Q: Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
A: Yes, but we do have to charge slightly more to cover the shipping cost.
Q: Can I put my Emma Lomax, London canvas bag in the washing machine?
A: We wouldn’t recommend it. Because most bags are hand embroidered, the embroidery likely wouldn’t survive the washing machine. We recommend using a damp cloth on the outside of the bag to keep it clean.
